Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with Pharmacy Weight Loss Hornsea, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Hornsea is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Hornsea and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy legislation and GPhC standards.

We reserve the right to decline any consultation or prescription request if we believe it is not clinically appropriate. Eligibility is assessed individually by our pharmacist for each consultation.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) are issued solely at the clinical judgement of our prescribing pharmacist following a full online consultation. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a consultation.
Prescriptions are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to provide accurate medical history, current medications, and relevant health information. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm and will result in immediate termination of your account.
Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not automatically issued. We may request updated information before issuing further supplies.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Consultation fees are non-refundable where a pharmacist review has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or a nominated courier service to your registered UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch notification, please contact us promptly.
Medications requiring cold storage will be dispatched with appropriate packaging. It is your responsibility to store all medicines as directed on the label and patient information leaflet.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, unless the order has already been dispensed or dispatched, in which case cancellation rights do not apply for safety and hygiene reasons.
Dispensed or opened medicines cannot be returned or refunded. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
To request a cancellation before dispensing, contact us as soon as possible at our registered email address. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 14 days.
The information provided through our service is for general guidance and does not replace personalised medical advice from your GP or specialist. Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects; these will be communicated to you during your consultation and within your patient information leaflet.
In the event of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately. For non-urgent medical concerns, contact your GP or call 111.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective pharmacy services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
